Privacy policy

This policy describes how Yesfig Games ("we", "us") handles information in Fig Tower and on figtower.yesfig.com. For privacy questions, contact tech@yesfig.com.

Your game saves stay on your device

Fig Tower automatically creates a device guest profile with a randomly generated installation ID. This is not a hardware identifier. No name, email address, password, or social account is needed to play.

The game stores your guest profile, best score, highest floor, best combo, completed run count, tutorial status, settings, and an advertising frequency counter locally. Fig Tower does not upload these game records to a Yesfig server and does not provide cloud saves or an online leaderboard. An active run is held in memory; a cold launch returns to the menu.

Advertising and third-party information

Fig Tower uses Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements. Advertising requires a connection; gameplay can be used offline. Although game saves are local, advertising services may collect and process information independently.

According to Google's Mobile Ads SDK disclosures, this may include IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device or advertising identifiers, diagnostic and performance information, and information about ads displayed and interactions with them. Google and its advertising partners may use this information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and operate and improve their services.

The current game requests non-personalized ads. This does not mean that advertising collects no information or that consent is never required. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure.

Consent and privacy choices

We use Google's User Messaging Platform to request applicable advertising consent and privacy choices. Where required, a consent message is shown before advertisements are requested. When Google indicates that privacy options are required, you can reopen them through Ad Privacy Options in the game's settings.

You can also manage advertising and tracking permissions in your device settings. Where iOS tracking permission is requested, your choice is controlled by Apple's system prompt. Advertising consent and Apple's tracking permission are separate choices.

Website and support

This marketing website does not include advertising scripts or analytics tools. Its hosting service may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time, to deliver and protect the website.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and investigate your request. Please avoid sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your locally saved game records. Advertising providers process information under their own policies. Hosting and email providers may process information to operate the website and support service. We may disclose information when necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect rights and security.

Local saves remain until removed from the device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data can erase progress; device backup and restore behavior is controlled by your operating system. We retain support correspondence and operational information only as needed for the purposes described here or applicable legal obligations. Third-party providers apply their own retention practices.

Children

Fig Tower is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Your rights and security

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information, or withdraw consent. Contact us to make a request concerning information we hold. We cannot retrieve game saves stored only on your device. For information processed independently by Google, its privacy tools and policy explain available options.

We take reasonable measures to protect information we handle, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
